The sunlight and the mist over the Campsies made perfect conditions for a walk round the village with pal Nancy this morning.

Like last Saturday we bought a takeaway coffee (each!) from Doyle's first, which kept our hands lovely and warm as we walked and caught up on the week's exciting news ;-)

Later I popped into the post office to buy a couple of books of Christmas stamps, slipped a tenner across the counter, expecting change, only to be told the total was £15.60! Oops, guess who's out of touch with the price of stamps!
