Today I Smile

Today was a special day.
We planted trees in our back garden.
I have been growing saplings for years and today we planted out the ones that had reached 3-4 feet in height.

The sun was shining, the birds were singing and it was just great to be outside for 6 hours making our garden how we want it.

Our back garden is so steep its 1in4 incline. Even though it faces North, it slopes to the South so its a real suntrap. There are already some wonderful trees there - Fig, Sycamore, Maple, Sumac, Pear and Rowan.
