Essential Q-ing

An essential trip to a butcher in Baldock today. Essential to go that far (20 minute drive from me) as according to recommendations they do the best scotch pies in the area, and given that Monday is St Andrew’s day, in our house that means traditional Scottish fare.
The first time I have been to them, so hoping the recommendations are accurate.
The queue moved quite promptly, so didn’t wait too long. My goodness what a selection they had. Didn’t just get the pies....
