WHERE I STOOD.....

Today's challenge.....I stood for rather a loooong timein B&Q while The Rev bought some of the stuff he needs to fix Mum's leaking roof and hopefully prevent her ceiling falling in. She had a quote from a very kind man for £600 to do a half days work and the materials only came to £50.....honestly I don't know how some of these workman sleep at night luckily she mentioned to us that she was getting it sorted and we managed to stop her throwing her money away!! Another man told her that several of her roof tiles were coming loose....well if you pull them they will!!

Although it has been very cold today the sun was out which meant we were able to get out into the garden and do some serious pruning!!
