Anyone that got into sourdough during the first lock-down (and has kept going with it) will know the feeling.
You are drowning in sourdough discard. The fridge is filling up and your life is threatened every time you open the fridge door. You can't throw it out - that would be wasteful.
You desperately search for more and more recipes.
Yesterday I found a winner. Sourdough Cinnamon scrolls with coffee icing.
Took more than 24 hours (including sleeping time) - but hey! Who's checking?
The result was outstanding.
