Alpine Thistle

At least I think it's an Alpine Thistle, if I'm wrong please feel free to correct me! They were in the bouquet from hubby on Valentines day.

Unfortunately all the wonderful sunrises and sunsets seen in other blips seem to be eluding me. Either I'm driving to/from work and can see one or other but can't stop to photograph or I have time to wander with my camera but have overcast weather. Still as the evenings get lighter I'm hopeful that I'll be able to capture one.

Just a little footnote to yesterdays blip. My friend pointed out to me that if I was any kind of detective I should have been able deduce which of the cats had left the pawprints - as poor Ollie only has three paws! Lol
