Buns for chums
My new extended household bubble and I having dinner at their place....first dinner inside a house for what feels like eons, I offered to contribute a dessert.
One of them is gluten and dairy intolerant.
For once I remained tolerant. (I like to try new experiences.)
Concocted ‘Pear and Blueberry muffins’, gluten-free flour, oils instead of butter, half sugar was granulated sweetener, part maple instead of all golden syrup. Although I say it meself, not too bad...hadn’t thought about dairy-free custard though, another time.
