Into the woods I go...

You know how Facebook et all profile every user. Alongside all the bass guitar and motorcycle designed t-shirts and the like, I keep getting merchandise offering variations on a meme; 

"Into the woods I go, to lose my mind and find my soul"...  

I think the quote comes from John Muir, a Scottish emigre to America and proponent of the national parks there. It's certainly a truism, and once more we spent a few hours walking around the countryside near us. 

This is the other side of what some might know as the more mundane Michaelwood Services on the M5; the actual Michaelwood Wood.
