Sour Soup aka Zurek, Polish traditional soup made from fermented rye flour (the one you use as levain in baking breads), cooked with vegetables and especially potatoes and wild mushrooms.
My husband & kids loves it with White Sausage (Biala Kielbasa) and I like with boiled egg.
