Day 197

Not sure where the time has gone but it’s another 28 days later!  Unbelievably the garden still has fresh roses, salvia, daisies and lavender.  New pansies and vinca and delicate winter clematis - which dangles down like a bell.

Been out on my bike again: it got admiring glances from a Dad needing a bike for his 6 year old son.........and I ate a foot long wrap - but my digital minder told me I had burned enough calories to earn it.

I think my new bike needs a name - suggestions gratefully received :-)
