Unintended consequences of lockdown

Crossing the Thames this afternoon I was struck by the reflections of the city's lights on the water thinking I'd got lucky with the lighting and the time of day. PY commented that the river is unusually still at the moment because most of the river traffic - like the tourist boats - are suspended and so the reflections are not disturbed. I can't see anything on the river in this picture. Unintended consequences of the lockdown.
