Gorm

One of the 100 'iron men' that makes up Another Place, Anthony Gormley's installation at Crosby beach. We haven't see much of the statues recently as our visits have coincided with the large high tides when only the occasional head can be seen. This time is was low tide and windless so most tot he figures were well insight. Those who spend most of their time underwater are well encrusted with barnacles and seaweeds.
