Elephant carving

Yesterday's carving has become the bathroom lightpull handle.

Long run this morning 22km. I really struggled and my body is not happy with me at all. So many aches and pains.

I spent much of the rest of the day reading to Q and drawing with Indie.

Z has alot of work on so had used the time she had had to crack on with it.
