A stroll by the seaside

Its been a lovely sunny but cold day and we decided to all go for a stroll around Exmouth.  There was quite a haze in the air and many people were out enjoying walking along the promenade.  I bumped into a friend l hadn’t seen this year. We were walking past each other and both took a second look at each other. She saw my camera and then knew it was me so we stopped to chat for awhile which was lovely. It’s strange one of the outcomes of this pandemic is that a lot of women of my age have let their hair go grey. She had also not cut it since the first lockdown, so you need to look closely to spot your friends. After walking along to the marina we chose a less busy route back to the car.

The rest of the day was organising and purchasing some Christmas presents and catching up with various friends by phone.  We also had a lovely full moon rising as the sun set with a hazy pink tinged sky.
