Better late than never

Finally got round to making our Christmas pudding(s)* today.

I know I’m about a week or two late but at the moment I just seem to be thrown from one week to the next without really knowing what’s happening!!

Major house renovations (including some architectural restructuring) and home-office/home classroom are really not compatible - who would have thought? ;-)

* the mixture makes 3 puddings - that’s a lot of steaming!
