Bird island

We decided to walk to the retail park this morning to pick up a click and collect order. The canal towpath was muddy so we went the long way past the nature reserve. The bird island was busy and even from a distance we could see a heron and a cormorant.
Despite it being lockdown the car park was busy, M&S car park was nearly full, all in the food hall and picking up orders?
Slow cook curry for dinner and some catch up tv viewing.
