A shaky start.

The recipe for bread I use currently makes 2 loaves so I have to halve the ingredients. On this occasion I forgot to halve the water so had to add extra flour but it was still very wet however it's turned out well.

Tonight there was an event on the internet which RF and I planned to watch over dinner. I fancied roast pork so that was what we had, I also did the usual accompaniments, it's worth taking time over special meals.

It was s lovely cozy evening Infront of the fire.
