The Competition

We have an abundance of avian friends visiting our garden here in San Miguel, and they seem particularly drawn to the "water wall" fountain for their afternoon bath. By far, my favourite are the hummingbirds. We have a very lovely hand blown glass feeder, with my carefully prepared, always fresh nectar to entice them, and although they show some interest, it is hard to compete with these beautiful Mandevilla blossoms provided by mum nature higher up on the wall.
