Lockdown 2: Day 25

A dull, drizzly Sunday. I couldn’t believe it when I drove towards Grasmere about 2.30 this afternoon and found all the parking spots at Rydal and White Moss full.

I decided to go just beyond Grasmere and look at this tree which deserves to be blipped in all seasons. If I was a bit taller I might have cut out the fence in the bottom right corner. Mist covers Helm Crag which rises to the left on the photo.
