Sterile

Still working through the fog but am starting to come out the other end a bit today... At last!

Carer didn't get her gloves into the bin tonight she left them on my bedside table- not nice so thought I would share them with you.. Hopefully morning carer will dispose of them for me!

Got hygienist coming tomorrow I have been struggling to clean my teeth this week the taste of the toothpaste and the sense of brushing has been too much ontop of the energy required. But at least tonight I managed it.. I haven't been able to do salt water for a few days but hopefully that will come back soon and I can get on top of the build up again.

After about a week of not seeing much of A its been fun tonight to have a family discussion about feeling embarrassed and why we feel embarrassed or upset or angry and owning our own feelings... Nothing like a little bit of psychology at 10 pm to tire a child out... Not sure where it comes into the national curriculum though...
