Mono Monday

It has been below zero for quite a few days but today was sunny and 1 degree C. I drove past the local lake this morning on the way to collect fresh eggs from a friend. The light on the icy surface caught my eye so I took a photo for Mono Monday’s theme of light in the style of Valda Bailey. Of course I only had the iPhone with me. I edited the image with a grunge filter to add texture and accentuate the light interacting with the melting ice. Thanks to Gadgetkid for hosting
