Not much to say today apart from the 3 girls in my life all have bad / injured legs
1 broken foot - in plaster
2 tight painful calf unable to walk
3 big watery cyst behind knee

dont know the significance of the clock - but the lovely hobbly wife thinks she is falling to pieces since she turned 40 - perhaps time is ticking away - thats probably why I ache and hurt every morning before my stretches
