Quite a Day

It was very hot today and my neighbour phoned to let me know that she'd been working in the garden and had come across a very big red bellied black snake, which had reared up at her and then fled into my place.
It could give me a nasty bite, but would probably kill Billy, so we stayed inside.

We're now experiencing a scary storm, so this eb is a tiny snail on the kitchen window.
