Flowers from our son and daughter in law. 

Had a bike ride first up then went up to check out the new house, armed with take away coffee and friands. We were very impressed with the house, it’s the right size on a large irregular block, 3 sheds and a large swimming pool. It will be perfect for a growing family of 4 boys who can get lost in the garden or house. So thrilled for the kids.

It was hot out west (46° at Cobar) but we only got up to about 38 degrees here in Bathurst before a short wild storm. There was no damage here but a tree came down and traffic lights went out in the CBD. If we open the house up early to cool off then use the air-conditioner during the day we stay comfortable. It was down to about 12 degrees this morning and I wore a jacket while riding. Crazy weather. 

No Community Covid cases today and Queensland opened its borders to Sydney and Victoria. There were many happy people who could travel to see family. Western Australia Is going to open up to us soon.
