Day 259

Early to chiropractic this morning for X-ray results. Spine in pretty good shape for a 70 year old. The neck just needs a bit of realigning which is now being done with a solid form which I lay on.
This is an old X-ray from 2003 and the new X-ray shows an even worse angle..
being the first of December Christmas jumper on and lights are being put up in the windows .
