Spontaneous day off

Today I took a spontaneous day off
My mind and heart are full of worries
I had to take some time to myself
To go outside for a walk and breath some fresh air
It feels like a never-ending rollercoaster
Good news, bad news, good news and so on...
Too many medical checks
A lot of worries
But not much I can do
Just pray
And pray and pray
And try to be optimistic...
Eventhough it is so hard sometimes
