Eggplant Parm

It was take-away tonight! This is Tony from Falcone's Italian Restaurant. He is from Italy, via New Jersey, and moved to North Carolina two years ago. He serves up pretty good pizza and some very good traditional southern Italian dishes in this small eatery. We are fortunate to have him.
