First Snow

Freezing rain and snow on top, that's what we got this morning. Perfect for the first day of winter, not so perfect for all those who had to drive to get to work. I was early enough and had no problems (besides getting the ice off the car windows).

Now at home my eyes and my heart go out to Trier where a 51-year-old speeded his car across the pedestrian area and killed and injured several people. We do not know yet how many he killed, perhaps 2 or 4 says the news - including a baby.
