Chemtrails and big skies

It looked lovely out today as I glanced from time to time out of the office window - first time in ages I'd seen the chem trails so distinct, I had got used to skies with them absent 

Tried to oscillate between standing, sitting and lying just to give the arm and upper back a bit of a rest - inflammation seems to be decreasing a little so at least I am not in agony by the end of the day

Advent calendar opened today - mum prepares a home made one every year and fills it with sweets and gifts -I think this year with shops closed for lockdown it may not be as well stocked as usual - but as always it is the thought that counts
