Flashing Blue Lights

About an hour ago we were plunged into darkness and will remain like this for several hours. A stupid young man driving very fast while on his phone, drove into the power pylon. The road into the village is now blocked with every service ..fire, ambulance and police. Neighbours got the young man out of the car.

I've just lit the wood burner. Maybe time to pour a glass of wine.
