Main activity: Tues - cold day, mostly in the condo
Notes: Sunny but very chilly and windy. Did walk to the mailbox since I haven't checked since I left for DC. Rest of time inside, did some class work (Intuition) and meditations, took a bath. Not feeling great about how I'm doing w/ the class. Felt quite resistant but decided to jump on the 730-930p practice session and went really well - glad I did.
