Life inside the pepper

I wondered why my pepper rattled when I picked it up . On slicing it up I found this inside, it shows up much clearer in mono but just wanted you to see it in green.
No sure if it’s edible and didn’t have the heart to throw it out .
Is it a baby pepper , any one else found one
