Pigeons admiring a Purple and Green Cloud

Today was most notable for the sky this morning; where the passing clouds had a distinct purple and green hue to them.

We sat and watched them over breakfast, and appeared to be joined by a couple of pigeons in the rear neighbour's tree, which settled down to enjoy the view as the clouds drifted passed.  We imagined them having a conversation.  

The colours didn't last long; but they were an novel surprise for a Tuesday.

In the afternoon we managed a quick walk around Wantage itself, and enjoyed watching a young Labrador racing through the waters of the Locks Lane ford (extra photo and map).
