Sometimes it's worth it...
Has the most wonderful customer at work today. He was an older man and has been one of the victims of the xtra/yahoo email hacking...
I tried to help best I could and he kept telling me that it doesn't matter and that he'll just go back to calling the helpline...
I got stubborn and managed to fix the problem!
He came back about an hour later with this box if chocolates for me!
As my manager put it... For all the crap customers we get there are always those few that are so wonderful! (he didn't say it like that exactly...)
Made my day :)
