Pendulum

My aunt left this clock to my wife and I. For years we thought the letters were a family member's initials, a clock repairer put us right, it is retard and advance. Doh!
Anyway it has to be wound every week, we used to wind both the clock itself and the chime too but we stopped winding the chime as it chimed every 15 minutes day and night. Then it started chiming at a odd times even though it hadn't been activated, so we stopped using it.
We are sure it is haunted by my aunt, she was a very strong character who always spoke her mind and didn't suffer fools gladly. Lol
