Oasts So Simple

This image was taken on a six mile round walk to Burham and back. I did not manage to take this image until less than two miles from home. Oast houses used to be a familiar site in the Kent countryside but they have dwindled vastly over the last few decades. Today was such a glorious day with clear skies and strong sunshine after a long period of dull and grey days. I thoroughly enjoyed my walk and was glad to capture at least a part of some of these iconic buildings.
The second image is of a discarded sweatshirt in a hedgerow on the final stretch of my walk. It appears to have been there for some time but has retained it's colours so it caught my eye as I walked passed.
