Boerenkool met worst

Introducing Dutch winter fare to Fumiko: boerenkool met worst ( curly kale mashed with potatoes, with smoked sausage, bacon bits and mustard) is one of the Dutch staple foods in winter. Best when the kale has seen some frost.
