On A School Night

As a rule, we try not to drink in the week but D and I have both had the kind of day which required a glass of Sherry. Luckily Alf volunteered to go to Sainsbury’s as we also needed dog food and a few other bits. So now I have a glass of Sherry and a packet of salt and vinegar crisps and I’m feeling much happier.
