Pool!

First pool swim since March! So so good. I like loch swimming for the adventure.  Pool swimming is something different. The working hard in a measurable way satisfys my inner athlete.  The repetitive cruising smokes the bees in my brain enough for easy thinking or just respite from the buzzing.

You know its small town life
when its exactly the same people in exactly the same lanes. 
when the lifeguard welcomes you as the most stylish swimmer in town because he sees everyone so he does get to judge
 When the masters men grimace knowing the long sets are about to go that little bit faster.
