we tidied the garden today for winter. it was lovely to be back out there after spending so much of the summer enjoying it. we prepared the soil for next year’s crop, cut the grass, strimmed, weeded and burnt a pile of sticks. loved it - helped a bit with the stress too, as it has done all year.
