Gingerbread Praline

Day Two of Advent, and today's treats were gingerbread praline truffles and white hot chocolate sachets. I'm very much enjoying these fancy Advent calendars for two!

In other news, I'm absolutely exhausted today. I had a crap nights sleep (I think the Kalms are giving me palpitations XD), a busy day at work and did a bit of housework that has just depleted all my energy. I literally cannot wait for a break over Christmas. I'm gonna bury myself in blankets and not come out for a week XD
