Advent Day 2 - Cold comfort

Outside, it was bitter. Though we stamped our feet and clapped our hands, our feet and fingers froze regardless. But coming inside, steaming in front of the fire and trying to hold hot drinks in hands made clumsy by the cold, made it all worthwhile.
