Bottoms Up

Today was my first day staying at my sister Jane's house. It was a really beautiful morning, so we decided to visit Marks Hall Gardens and Arboretum, Coggeshall. It was the first time I'd visited and we had a lovely, squidgy, muddy, walk with my young nephews, around the lakes and 'swamp, through the woods where we saw thousands of snowdrops. We arrived home late in the afternoon caked in mud, then sat and drank wine, naughtily, before 'evening wine time'. A very enjoyable day indeed!
