It has been a busy day which we have spent most of at the local Toyota garage. We missed out on lunch so treated ourselves to a much needed coffee and cake when we got back home. Fellow blipper Annieone had previously mentioned a shop in Ireland was selling Pastel de Nata mince pies which I thought sounded delicious, so as I had a Pastel de Nata at home, I added some mincemeat to it and heated it in the oven - I have to say it was delicious!!
