lateral Flow test

So today at 5 30am test done half hour to.cook! Sars Antigen test.. so its now up.coffee, shower, Sars test beginning and end of the week before leaving the house..Great test for NHS staff if 2 lines appear positive.. need to isolate and have a covid test, so I think its.great and also catches any asymptomatic people..
What a cold day! what I saw of it dark both ends! and no.fresh air today.


I'm.pleased to report ita and up.the nose test.not uncomfortable as the mouth!!
