Cold and wet

This morning, A and I had arranged to ride out. We'd got a route planned and as we left, the rain started. We spoke about cutting the route a bit shorter. Then 20mins in decided, with persistently heavier rain and freezing wind, that we'd just head back. Not even the horses enjoyed it. 

Home for lunch with Gorgeous. Some really warm and waterproof trousers had arrived in the post so I had toasty legs for the dog walk. Surprisingly it stayed dry!

I was soon off to work for a 24 hour shift. Booooooooo :-/
