Snowy Pentlands

Snowy start to the day. Not much, just a couple of cm. Mind you, the way some people have reacted, the next ice age was just around the corner.. Well we have had the first snow of winter, so everyone will probably settle down.

Went for a walk at lunchtime. Made sure I had the yaktraks on the shoes as the snow has melted then frozen a little bit. The grip is quite excellent on the crunchy ice. Nice view of the Pentland Hills from the top of Swanston Avenue.

The ice is till there after work, so no bike ride. Instead a walk following the lunchtime route. Extra taken during the blue hour (but that's probably the phone on the camera) looking up one of the roads in the Camus area. Now you know why I am using Yaktraks.
