Bargain!

Back in the days when we could shop in Edinburgh, Ms H must have tried on every fake fur coat that was available, but their promise of warmth always seemed a false one, very thin and many without a lining.

So being the wonderful mother I am, and working one day a week in up toon Dalkeith I had a quick trawl of the charity shops and came up with this beauty at a bargain price. It seems to be from the 60s, proudly proclaiming '100% acrylic' but to 'treat like real fur'.

Today was blowing a hooley so we took it a wee test walk and it passed with flying colours.
