Calmly Waiting

Dear Diary,

Mrs. Downey is calmly waiting for the rain to start.  Unfortunately, it will turn over to snow this afternoon as our first major snow storm of the season begins.  Right now they are forecasting 8-12 inches of heavy, wet snow.  Not good for tree limbs and power lines.  Tomorrow morning at this time it will be a white world and I will see if I have to trudge out and clear the satellite dish so I can post my photo of the day.  We've been very lucky this year so now it is time to pay the piper I guess.
