Thoughtful Gesture

Another day without Little Man.

Mr H and I are slowing coming to terms with our loss. Having a week at home together is really helping us.

I have cancelled clients and Mr H's Manager has been brilliant, encouraging him to work from home for the week. He told him to take his time and to do what he felt able. We feel very fortunate to have this time to grieve.

We had a wonderful surprise today which brought both a smile and a tear to my eye.

We received this card from our veterinary practice. Inside was a personal message from our vet Julie who has cared for Harris since from when he was a puppy. And all the other staff had added their own message too!

What a thoughtful gesture.
